We will be offering a movement class every 2nd & 4th Thursday each month. The class will be focused on giving climbers a basic knowledge of footwork, body positioning, different climbing techniques as well as how to read a route or boulder problem. Many times climbers rely on pure physical strength versus utilizing specific climbing techniques to get up a climb. This class will help participants start to incorporate both their natural strength as well as climbing technique in their climbing.
