Our weekly yoga classes are moving from Saturday mornings to Monday evenings. Sara Mingus of North Shore yoga will still be instructing the class. Come in and get some great climbing and yoga in for the day! Yoga is an excellent compliment to climbing as it works opposing muscles that can be overlooked and can often lead to injury. This is a great opportunity for overall fitness and training.
