You can access the gym through the Carta Bus System on route #28. There are stops at Chattanooga State, The TN Riverwalk, the Chattanooga Area Food Bank and the Police Service Center. Just ask to get dropped off at the BP Gas Station.Urban Rocks Gym is also accessible from Chattanooga's Riverwalk
| 1 | Follow the RiverWalk until you reach the intersection of River Terminal Rd. |

| 2 | Use this intersection to cross Amnicola Hwy. |
| 3 | Once across Amnicola head one block North and turn right onto Appling Street. |
| 4 | Continue down Appling for another block and a half until you reach Urban Rocks on the left. |
