The Self Rescue course is a great resource for those of you wishing to expand your climbing experience to the outdoors. You are taught in an indoor, controlled setting which allows us to cover many important topics and outdoor scenarios in a safe and effective manner. Climbing is dangerous and accidents happen. This course is designed to give you the knowledge to minimize those risks and to know what to do in the event of an emergency.

- Anchors & Knots
- Escaping the Belay
- Lowering Systems
- Hauling Systems
- Rappelling Techniques
- Passing a Knot
- Full Lead Climber Scenario with No Rope to Lower
Prerequisites: Demonstrate that you can climb 5.9 or higher efficiently
